Job summary

Cemex US is seeking a Weighmaster to manage daily scale-house operations, scheduling, and workflow while delivering excellent customer service. The role reports to the plant manager and may serve as backup Weighmaster in other areas as needed.

Key duties include maintaining records, dispatching deliveries, issuing weigh certificates, coordinating with inspectors, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with aggregate products and dispatching is a plus.
• Bilingual English-Spanish a plus; proficient with MS Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain computerized records of material amounts, truck identities, and weigh certificates.
• Take orders and dispatch aggregate deliveries.
• Coordinate with inspectors and scale maintenance; ensure safety compliance.
