Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to read English sufficiently to read manuals, regulations, and reports.
Basic math and computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

Weighs and records weight of customer vehicles and maintains shipping records.
Uses computer hardware and software to obtain weights, record them and produce scale tickets.
Operate scales and ensure customer vehicles are loaded according to Company Policy.
Receive requests for price quotations, order changes, adjustments and cancellations from customers and maintain rapport.
Coordinate with production and sales, maintain shipping activity, and provide admin support to the Area Manager and Plant Supervisor.
Maintain good housekeeping and assist other workers as needed; perform other tasks as assigned.
