All new hires undergo orientation and safety training at the Dallas corporate office, with travel reimbursements for long commutes. This role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in building materials industry preferred.
• 1 year of scale operations, dispatching and trucking experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate scale house and weigh trucks, document results accurately.
• Schedule and direct trucks, coordinate with sales and dispatch.
• Maintain regulatory and accounting paperwork and records.
• Assist administrator and manager as required.
• Follow safety rules and maintain housekeeping in area.
