Job summary

Leadpoint Business Services is seeking a Scale House/Forklift Operator in Phoenix, AZ to support daily scale house operations and assist forklift tasks. The role combines administrative duties with hands-on warehouse work in a safety‑minded environment.

Candidates should have at least 6 months forklift experience, be comfortable with computers and spreadsheets, and be willing to obtain LOTO certification. This is a full‑time, first shift position with growth potential and a second chance

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of forklift operating experience.
• Comfortable using computers and spreadsheets.
• Organized and able to maintain accurate records.
• Willing to become LOTO certified and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain floor tracker spreadsheet daily and runtime production log.
• Monitor inventory for bale wire; complete KPAs as needed.
• Maintain fuel usage and eyewash inspections; conduct monthly facility audits.
• Operate forklift as needed to support facility operations.
• Handle administrative duties for Scale House and weigh trucks.
• Communicate with drivers and management; assist purchasing/receiving.
