Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of industrial, shipping, or manufacturing experience, with solid organizational and math skills and good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Weigh trucks and issue tickets; manage traffic flow and assist dispatch.
• Process purchase orders, payables, fuel tracking, deposits, and routine reports.
• Prepare month-end data; analyze margins and costs; reconcile timecards for plant personnel.
• Greet visitors; answer calls; maintain office and plant inventory.
