• Greet visitors; answer calls; maintain office and plant inventory.

As a Scale House Clerk with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will weigh trucks, process purchase orders, answer phone inquiries, and provide customer service. You will work closely with field and office teams, drivers, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities

About the Role

• Weigh trucks, issue tickets, manage traffic flow, and support efficient dispatching.


• Complete administrative tasks such as purchase orders, payables, fuel tracking, deposits, and routine reports.


• Compile month-end closing data, conduct margin and cost analyses, and reconcile timecards for plant personnel.


• Greet visitors, answer calls, and maintain office and plant inventory.

About You
