Responsibilities

• Visually verify inbound/outbound vehicles on scale deck and enter weight.
• Verify material type and enter code in computer.
• Process customer payments and verify information and prices.
• Handle cash office tasks and distribute checks.
• Enter daily cash tickets and ticket data for payment processing.
• File paperwork to support payments and maintain records.
• Answer calls, provide directions and route questions appropriately.
• Enter and manage material and weight data for payments.
• Sort and file checks and maintain copies for records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
