Overview

Scalamandre is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:40 PM

Job Type: Full-Time

Hiring/Retention Bonus up to $1,000 within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and coordinate outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely delivery.
• Packing items securely, generating shipping labels for carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or freight services.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in labeling and documentation.
• Must be able to consistently lift, push, and pull boxes weighing up to 50 - 70 pounds safely.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for 8-hour shifts on concrete warehouse floor.
• Must be willing to cross train.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or export documentation experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory management systems and RF scanners is a plus.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
