Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery for defined contracts, ensuring quality, efficiency, and opportunities for follow-on work. You will lead a skilled team, partner with multiple teams, and own delivery outcomes.

The role requires hands-on experience with Java, Scala, Databricks SQL, and data processing technologies. On-site presence in Pennington, NJ is required three days per week, with five days away mandated per quarter.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Java development.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Databricks SQL.
• Associates Degree or greater.
• Advanced proficiency in Snowflake.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, Data Modeling, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Scala.
• Build scalable and resilient microservices architectures.
• Develop RESTful APIs and event driven applications.
• Implement real time data processing solutions using Kafka and Spark.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and service quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and achieve project milestones.
• Analyze delivery metrics and provide insights to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.
• Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential challenges and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Onsite with the client 3 days per week in Pennington, NJ; 5 days away mandate per quarter by the client.
