Job summary

• Ability to inspect deliveries and ensure item counts.
• Experience with asset tracking and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s safety culture and standards.
• Train and manage yard and office personnel.
• Inspect deliveries and verify item counts and paperwork.
• Ensure accurate handling of equipment movements and paperwork.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming equipment.
• Maintain organized yard with proper equipment disposition.
• Perform vehicle and equipment audits and safety checks.
• Communicate inventory levels to management.
• Lead daily meetings to review objectives and safety compliance.
• Monitor preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Track deliveries/pickups and update the inventory system.
• Audit items to ensure system accuracy.
• Initiate requisitions for safety-related items and other yard needs.
• Maintain logs and records and distribute as required.
• Review time tracking for staff and ensure accuracy.
