Job summary

Tri-Lakes Services, Inc. in Oklahoma is seeking a scaffold worker for our annual outage in December. You will assist a scaffold crew with construction, assembly, maintenance and dismantling of scaffolding to job specifications.

Tasks include measuring and cutting materials, loading and transporting supplies, and ensuring safe operation at heights while collaborating with crew members. Bilingual ability is a plus; previous scaffold experience is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience with scaffolding is preferred.
• Ability to read simple instructions and follow directions.
• Ability to work at heights and in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist scaffold crew in construction, maintenance, and dismantling per specifications.
• Inspect and select materials and tools; measure and cut as needed.
• Load, transport, and position materials at the job site.

Job description

This position is for our annual outage coming up in December.

Candidate is responsible for working within a scaffold crew to assist in the construction, assembly, maintaining and dismantling of scaffolding.

• Must be able to work well with other crew members to accomplish task
• Examines, selects and gathers materials and tools
• Loads, transports, and unloads material
• Measures boards, timbers, or plywood, using square, measuring tape, and ruler, and marks cutting lines on materials using pencil and scriber
• Saw boards and plywood panels to required sizes
• Assist builders in assembling scaffold containing handrails, mid rails, braces and planks, toe boards, screening, locking pins and wheels to job specifications
• Additional responsibilities not listed may be required
• Must be able to work at heights

• Previous scaffold experience is a plus but not preferred
• Bilingual is a plus
