Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services seeks a skilled carpenter to build, position, and dismantle timber structures on project sites. You will measure, cut, mark, and fit materials according to sketches and specifications, and assemble scaffolding and formwork as required.

Candidates must follow safety rules, work with hand and power tools, and operate at heights while maintaining quality. A high school diploma or equivalent is required and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with related field experience.
• Knowledge of standard construction practices and safety.
• Follows instructions and established guidelines under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build, position and dismantle wooden structures per sketches and blueprints.
• Measure, cut and mark materials; use hand and power tools.
• Assemble scaffolding, formwork and supports to job specs.
• Inspect bases and surfaces for obstructions; load and transport materials.
