Brown & Root Industrial Services seeks experienced carpenters to build, assemble, and dismantle wooden structures including scaffolds and forms on various sites. You will read blueprints, measure, cut, and install components, and ensure safe operation of equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with prior experience in carpentry or related field.
• Follows instructions and guidelines; works under supervision.
• Familiar with safety rules and project protocols.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and specifications to determine dimensions and materials.
• Select and gather materials and tools; measure and mark cutting lines.
• Saw boards and plywood to required sizes; assemble scaffolding per specs.
• Erect scaffolding, install ladders, handrails, and platforms.
• Inspect base surfaces and secure structures; perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Observe safety and project rules and work within precise limits.
