Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. in Savannah, GA is seeking a hands-on Scaffold Field Supervisor to lead on-site crew operations. You will supervise a crew of carpenters and lead scaffold erection and dismantling with safety as priority, coordinating with Field Leaders to meet schedule and quality goals.

This role requires at least 2 years in scaffold leadership, OSHA scaffolding knowledge, and a high school diploma. The company offers competitive pay ($28.00–$30.00/hr) plus a comprehensive benefits

• Driver's license valid; ability to work at heights.

What You’ll Do

• Crew Leadership: Direct and supervise a crew (or up to 3 lead carpenters and their teams) to safely erect and dismantle various types of complex scaffolding systems.
• Hands-On & Field Execution: Serve as an active leader on site—working with your tools when needed while ensuring jobs are completed safely and on schedule.
• Site Documentation & Planning: Perform daily JSAs, safety plans, scaffold inspection checklists, delivery/pickup tickets, and extra work authorizations under the guidance of the Field Leaders.
• Mentorship: Coach and develop scaffold lead carpenters and helpers to help them hone their skills and grow within the company.

Location Requirement: This position is based on-site at our Savannah branch (31405) with daily travel to local project sites across the metro area. Candidates must currently live in or around Savannah Area.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter or approved equivalent scaffolding experience.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of OSHA scaffolding regulations and various scaffold material systems and load limits.
• Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, valid driver's license, ability to work comfortably at heights, and physical ability to lift 40+ lbs regularly.
• Bonus Skills: Trade school completion and/or bilingual abilities (English/Spanish).

Base Pay Range: $21.38 - 26.72
