Performance Contracting Group is seeking a Scaffold Estimator for its PCI Dallas operations, based in Midlothian, TX. You will perform quantitative takeoffs, generate leads, and ensure estimates are thorough and timely while managing labor productivity and margins.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of estimating experience, a related bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent work, and strong communication skills.

• 2+ years of experience estimating construction projects.
• Strong reading of specifications and drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
