Three Rivers Corporation in Midland, MI is seeking a Scaffold Erector to join our Architectural Division. This full-time, hourly role focuses on assembling scaffolding and maintaining safety on institutional, commercial, and industrial projects around Midland.

Qualifications include being at least 18, completing required safety training, and having or willingness to learn scaffold trade with minimal travel within Michigan.

Job Type

Full-time; Hourly

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Completion of Pre-Employment Background Check, Drug Screen and Physical, Strength Assessment, and Safety Training for Construction Trade
• Minimal travel required within Michigan .

Education and/or Experience

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Previous trades training is a plus but not required.

Physical Demands

• Prolonged standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling
• Crouch, crawl, stoop rarely
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision; distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Use of sharp tools and power equipment in working conditions where there is possibility for slip and fall
• Subject to variable weather conditions inside and outside
• Manual Dexterity
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Good sense of balance

Work Environment

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration
• The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of weather conditions
• Must use safety equipment (PPE) where warranted. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud
