Three Rivers Corporation is seeking individuals to join our Architectural Division near Midland, Michigan, for a scaffold-related role. The position is full-time and hourly, with limited travel and opportunities for personal growth within a stable, growing company.

Ideal candidates have a High School degree or equivalent; prior trades training is a plus but not required. Applicants will undergo pre-employment background checks, drug screen, physical, and safety training for the construction

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Completion of Pre-Employment Background Check, Drug Screen and Physical, Strength Assessment, and Safety Training for Construction Trade
• Minimal travel required within Michigan .

Education and/or Experience

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Previous trades training is a plus but not required.

Physical Demands

• Prolonged standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling
• Crouch, crawl, stoop rarely
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision; distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Use of sharp tools and power equipment in working conditions where there is possibility for slip and fall
• Subject to variable weather conditions inside and outside
• Manual Dexterity
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Good sense of balance
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration
• The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of weather conditions
• Must use safety equipment (PPE) where warranted. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud
