Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a Scaffold Builder Helper in Texas to assist with constructing, modifying, and dismantling wooden and metallic scaffolds. The role emphasizes safety, team coordination, and following site rules while preparing and transporting materials.

You will identify required tools, assess risks, measure and cut materials, and support build and reinforcement steps, while maintaining clean work areas and complying with all safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have 12-16 months of scaffold builder helper experience.
• Must have knowledge on materials, tools, and processes involved with basic building techniques and form construction.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work full work schedule and any additional overtime.
• Must be willing to work safely and follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Must follow all company and site rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify all tools required for tasks.
• Identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks.
• Measure, mark, and cut required wooden/metallic materials to required specifications.
• Assist with the construction, re-enforcement, and dismantling of pre-constructed Scaffolds.
• Assist with the building and construction of wooden Scaffolds and auxiliary items.
• Clean up work areas.
