Sky Climber Access Solutions, LLC is seeking a seasoned Scaffold Builder 2 for projects in the Miami, FL area. The role requires extensive hands-on scaffolding experience, especially with swing stage and supported systems, and leadership to guide crews on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of extensive scaffolding experience required.
• Proven experience erecting swing stage and supported scaffolds (required)
• Ability to be designated as a Competent Person in scaffold erection
• Demonstrated leadership skills to guide crews safely and efficiently
• Strong knowledge of OSHA scaffolding regulations and safety practices
• Valid driver’s license required
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Carry, install, and erect suspended and supported scaffolding systems on customer job sites
• Lead and support crews in safe and efficient erection and dismantling of scaffolds
• Load/unload trucks and materials in warehouse and field environments
• Perform hoist assembly, platform setup, and dismantling operations
• Safely handle electrical cords, wire ropes, and rigging components
• Deliver and unload equipment from flatbed trucks
• Drive company vehicles as required
• Complete daily job site paperwork and internal documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Follow OSHA standards and all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

About the Role

Sky Climber Access Solutions is seeking a highly experiencedScaffold Builder 2to support commercial and industrial projects throughout theMiami, FLarea. This role is intended for seasoned scaffold professionals only. Candidatesmust have extensive hands-on scaffolding experience, withswing stage and supported scaffold expertise strongly preferred.

Scaffold Builder 2 employees play a critical role in job site execution, leading crews and ensuring scaffolding systems are erected, dismantled, and maintained safely and efficiently. This position requires advanced technical knowledge, strong leadership in the field, and a consistent commitment to safety while working at height.

What You’ll Do

• Carry, install, and erectsuspended and supported scaffolding systemson customer job sites
• Lead and support crews in the safe and efficient erection and dismantling of scaffold systems

• Ability to carrytwo 50 lb. weights simultaneously
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including frequent climbing of ladders and stairs
• Ability to work safely at elevated heights throughout the workday
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and job site conditions
