Job summary

The Brock Group Inc. in Billings, MT seeks a Scaffold Apprentice to assist in building, demoing and staging scaffolding components on site.

You will work closely with a Scaffold Journeyman and Foreman, following Brock’s safety standards and customer specifications. You will learn to read blueprints, install steel pipes and braces, and manage material handling while adhering to safety requirements and site procedures.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years scaffold experience preferred.
• Must adhere to regional and local scaffold requirements.
• Ability to read specifications/blueprints is helpful and relevant.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture on site.
• Comply with manufacturer’s specifications and safety requirements.
• Learn from Scaffold Journeyman and Foreman.
• Read blueprints and install scaffold components (pipes, braces, clamps).
• Travel as required and work at heights; follow contractor and safety rules.
