Job summary

Caturus Energy in Houston, TX is seeking a SCADA Technician to design, configure, and maintain SCADA screens across upstream production facilities. You will ensure alarms are correctly configured and that field data reflects real conditions.

Based in the Houston office with occasional site visits, you will collaborate with Automation, I&E, Measurement, and Maintenance teams to verify mappings and support commissioning and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in SCADA configuration, automation, or related field in upstream oil and gas.
• Experience building SCADA screens/HMIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain SCADA screens for wells and facilities.
• Verify end-device mappings with field Automation, I&E, and Measurement teams.
• Configure alarms per the Mandatory SCADA Alarm Standard and maintain the alarm master.
• Coordinate with field and office teams during commissioning, troubleshooting and verification.
