Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a SCADA Specialist to perform real time SCADA system support and administration for a Pipeline SCADA system. This position interacts with Pipeline Control to ensure they can control and monitor pipelines safely and securely through SCADA HMI systems.

The SCADA Specialist will work with Field Personnel on integrating RTUs and PLCs that are needed for real time data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 2–5 years in SCADA.
• Experience with SCADA systems; CygNet a plus.
• Knowledge of measurement, process control automation, networking.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer SCADA systems and databases.
• Develop graphical displays for Control Center operations.
• Interface with field personnel to integrate RTUs/PLCs.
• Support pipeline control with SCADA to ensure safe operation.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotating basis.
• Document changes and obtain approvals.
