Job Summary

Part of a larger team delivering high-quality technology solutions to the business. Assists with the design, development, and installation of software solutions. Helps build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software in compliance with internal architecture, development & design standards & best practices. Supports and/or installs software applications. Participates in testing processes, including review, analysis, witnessing, and certification. Works within Waterfall or Agile methodologies and collaborates heavily with Project Management, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure teams.

What You'll Do:

• Support OSI-Monarch's Power System Applications, including Automatic Generation Control (AGC).
• Troubleshoot and support the operational SCADA environment to ensure optimized monitoring and reliable system reporting.
• Maintain custom database configurations for Monarch.
• Provide on-call support after hours (24/7) on a rotational basis.

What We're Looking For:

Solution Engineer Associate (SG5): Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field required. No additional experience needed. Equivalent education and experience may be considered.

Solution Engineer (SG6): Bachelor's degree required, with 2 years of relevant experience. Equivalent education and experience may be considered.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Basic understanding of NERC CIP security principles.
• Familiarity with WAN and VPN concepts.
• Basic knowledge of C programming language.
• Awareness of communication protocols like DNP3, Modbus, ICCP.
• Understanding of ladder logic.
• Knowledge of RTUs.
• Experience with workstation management, patches, and support.

Location: Preference for candidates within 50 miles of Columbus, OH.
