Job summary

Fluidstack in Austin is building the software layer for highly scalable data-center automation, focusing on SCADA, EPMS, and industrial controls.

You will build services, integrations, and interfaces on top of site control systems, ship cross-system integrations, and own historians and alarms. You’ll craft tooling to deploy templates across sites, write safe production code, and test against real systems without impacting operations.

Qualifications

• Experience building software for SCADA/EPMS or industrial control systems.
• Experience integrating OPC UA, historians, or alarm systems into modern stacks.
• Ability to respect read/write boundaries and deploy per-site configurations.
• Proven track record of turning per-site setups into templated deployments.

Responsibilities

• Build the software side of the SCADA stack: services, integrations, and interfaces on top of site control systems.
• Ship integrations between SCADA and EPMS platforms and the company's data and automation layers.
• Own the historians and event flows: alarms, trends, and states made usable beyond the control room.
• Build tooling that makes SCADA deployments repeatable across sites.
