• Provide support for DMS SCADA functions including Display building and Database verification.
• Investigate problems, test Communications and data flow, and assist field technicians.
• Work with software vendors to resolve application issues.
• Ensure effective use of applications for power system modeling.
• Perform data entry and manipulation using MS Office tools.

Skills

Computer literacy including MS Office Tools

Technical understanding of Electrical theory
