Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree by hire date or 5 years Marathon experience with HS diploma.
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour day/night shifts.
• Must live within 60 minutes of the Operations Center within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Operate SCADA/controls to monitor pipeline systems.
• Follow procedures for startup, shutdown, flow changes.
• Communicate with field ops and control rooms during alarms.
• Maintain schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
• Recognize abnormal conditions and direct responses.
• Pursue system knowledge and suggest improvements.
• Travel minimal
