Job summary

Oshkosh Corporation seeks a SCADA/MES Developer for our Jefferson City, TN facility. You will design and support Ignition-based SCADA and Sepasoft MES applications, integrating with AMRs and other plant-floor tech to improve production efficiency and data visibility.

You will work with manufacturing, engineering, IT and quality teams to ensure uptime, implement enhancements, and develop technical documentation.

Qualifications

Experience with Ignition and Sepasoft in a production setting.
2+ years developing or supporting SCADA/MES or related industrial tech.
Proficient in Python with Ignition Perspective development.
Experience with SQL Server and scripting.
Familiarity with AMRs and plant-floor integrations beneficial.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and support SCADA/MES apps using Ignition 8.1 and Sepasoft 3.81.
Build Ignition Perspective screens and app functionality for manufacturing ops.
Develop manufacturing apps using Python/Jython.
Create SQL Server scripts and manage data storage.
Support MES modules including Batch, Document Management, OEE, Settings & Changeover.
Provide production support to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
Collaborate with manufacturing/engineering/IT to meet requirements.
Integrate SCADA/MES with other systems and technologies.
