Job summary

Oshkosh Corporation is seeking a SCADA/MES Developer for its Jefferson City, TN facility. You will design, develop, and support SCADA/MES solutions, primarily Ignition and Sepasoft, to keep production lines moving and integrate next-gen technologies like AMRs.

You will work with manufacturing, engineering, IT, and quality teams to create reliable digital manufacturing solutions, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve plant-floor systems and data availability.

Qualifications

Development and production support experience with Ignition and Sepasoft.
2+ years of hands-on experience developing or supporting SCADA, MES, manufacturing applications, or related industrial technology (Ignition and Sepasoft strongly preferred).
Experience developing in Ignition using Python and working with Microsoft SQL Server databases and scripting.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a production environment.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, enhance, and support SCADA/MES applications using Ignition 8.1 and Sepasoft 3.81.
Develop and maintain Ignition Perspective screens, views, and application functionality supporting manufacturing operations.
Develop and modify manufacturing applications using Python/Jython.
Develop SQL Server scripting and understand database fundamentals to support application development and data management.
Support Sepasoft MES applications, including Batch, Document Management, OEE, and Settings & Changeover.
