Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks a SCADA Integration Engineer to lead migrating acquired SCADA environments into Ignition. You will analyze existing assets, define migration scope, and develop HMI screens, tags, and data structures for seamless cutover.

The role requires strong Python, SQL, and Ignition skills, with experience in oil and gas SCADA migrations. Expect collaboration with vendors and internal teams, and travel up to 20%.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in SCADA systems engineering with hands-on Ignition development and administration.
• Experience migrating or integrating SCADA systems from legacy platforms into Ignition is strongly preferred.
• Oil and gas industry experience required, with Midstream operations focus preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as the technical lead for integrating acquired SCADA systems into Western Midstream's Ignition platform.
• Assess existing SCADA architecture, tags, and HMI screens to define migration scope and requirements.
• Develop and migrate Ignition Perspective HMI screens per style guides.
• Create and organize Ignition tags, UDTs, and folder structures.
• Configure and integrate polling engines and OPC servers to bring field data into Ignition.
• Design, build, and maintain tools to automate recurring integration tasks.
• Coordinate and execute testing prior to cutover and plan production cutover activities.
• Ensure MOC documentation and PHMSA control room tasks are completed as required.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams through discovery, design, and implementation.
• Maintain documentation for integrated systems and tools.
