Job summary

A regional utilities authority in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an SCADA I&C Technician 3 to maintain and enhance instrumentation and controls systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instrumentation, experience in utilities, and leadership capabilities. This is a full-time role offering a competitive pay range of $35.00-$40.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Up to 4 years of experience in Instrumentation & Controls, panel building, and utilities.
• Texas Journeyman Electrician License is preferred.
• Texas Driver’s License with an insurable driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains process and instruments within the SCADA/I&C system used to control variables.
• Performs calibrations and conformance tests within the SCADA/I&C system.
• Troubleshoots instruments and systems within the SCADA/I&C system.
