Job summary

City of Austin seeks a Civil/Electrical Engineer in training to assist with routine projects under professional supervision. You will support design drawings, prepare estimates, and help ensure safety and compliance with ERCOT and NERC guidelines.

The role requires a bachelor's in engineering and knowledge of electrical utility operations. On-site work at Mueller Blvd location with 8-5 hours and occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Knowledge of engineering design principles and methods.
• Familiarity with cost estimates and technical reporting.
