Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 9 years of applicable experience.
• 6+ years of software development in a manufacturing environment (SCADA).
• Expertise in Java, C++, Python, or Ruby and in Git or Jenkins.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of system requirements and translate them into software specifications.
• Oversee development, coding, integration, testing and debugging of applications.
• Create detailed, user-friendly documentation for installation and maintenance.
• Facilitate collaboration with users, developers and PMs to ensure timely delivery.
• Encourage adoption of emerging technologies aligned with the tech roadmap.
