Con Edison is seeking a Distribution SCADA Engineer to contribute to the SCADA system development and analytics reporting supporting Electric Operations. You will collaborate with engineers and IT to improve reliability, safety, and flexibility of the distribution network.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering and at least 1 year of related experience, including potential Co-Op experience at Con Edison.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Six months of Con Edison co-op or internship experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong problem-solving ability.

Mansioni

• Work in Electric Distributions SCADA system, adding controllers and RTUs from multiple projects.
• EPs assist in providing solutions, guidance, and coordinating company forces for SCADA design, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Develop and test communications for new SCADA equipment deployed to support distribution operations.
• Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
