Job summary

Talent One Services seeks a senior SCADA Analyst IV to design, support, and optimize enterprise SCADA and OT solutions. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, OT, and IT to translate business needs into scalable SCADA systems and reliable data pipelines.

The ideal candidate will lead teams, design data pipelines with SCADA, ACM, Kepware, MQTT/Sparkplug B, and edge technologies, and deliver data to Databricks for analytics and ML use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of SCADA or related team leadership experience.
• Experience with ClearSCADA, AutoSol, Kepware, and OPC protocols.
• Strong knowledge of OPC, Modbus, DNP3, MQTT, and OT systems.
• Extensive SQL experience.
• Experience with Databricks, Python, Power BI, and cloud-based data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex SCADA solutions based on business and operational requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
• Design and support OT data pipelines integrating SCADA, ACM, Kepware, MQTT/Sparkplug B, HiveMQ, and edge technologies.
• Deliver operational data to enterprise platforms, including Databricks.
• Troubleshoot and optimize polling engines, communication channels, edge devices, and OT data flows.
• Develop solutions that transform and validate operational data for analytics, reporting, and machine learning.
• Collaborate across Operations, Engineering, OT, and IT teams to improve automation and standardization.
