Job summary

AnaVation, LLC is seeking an All Source Analyst with SCADA/OT experience to support National Security missions. This on‑site role in Ft Meade, Maryland requires partnering with customers and a team of intelligence and cybersecurity experts.

The position emphasizes integrating OT/ICS insights with traditional intelligence to assess threats to critical infrastructure and provide actionable, senior‑level briefings.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience supporting military or intelligence missions.
• Experience conducting all‑source intelligence analysis in DoD, IC, or combatant command environments.
• Familiarity with SCADA/ICS/OT systems, architectures, and common protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC, BACnet).
• Understanding of cyber threat actor TTPs targeting industrial control systems and critical infrastructure.
• Experience with intelligence and analytic tools such as M3, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, cyber TIPs, or IC S security platforms.
• Strong ability to synthesize technical OT insights with non‑technical reporting to deliver actionable intelligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior‑level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized All Source intelligence analysis focused on SCADA, OT, and critical infrastructure networks.
• Fuse traditional intelligence reporting with technical cyber data and SCADA/OT insights to assess threats to U.S. and DoD critical systems.
• Evaluate adversary capabilities and vulnerabilities to support indications and warning for SCADA/OT environments.
• Deliver actionable assessments to enhance situational awareness and operational readiness.
• Conduct comprehensive all‑source analysis to determine adversary capabilities and intent.
