Job summary

AnaVation is seeking a talented All Source Analyst with SCADA/OT experience to support National Security missions. This on-site, full-time role is based in Ft Meade, Maryland and requires a U.S. citizen with SCI eligibility.

You will fuse OT insights with traditional intelligence to deliver actionable assessments for critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings five+ years in military or intelligence missions, knowledge of SCADA/ICS/OT, and proficiency with tools like M3, Palantir,

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience supporting military or intelligence missions.
• Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis in DoD, IC, or combatant command environments.
• Familiarity with SCADA/ICS/OT systems, architectures, and common protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC, BACnet).
• Understanding of cyber threat actor TTPs targeting industrial control systems and critical infrastructure.
• Experience with intelligence and analytic tools such as M3, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, cyber TIPs, or IC security platforms.
• Strong ability to synthesize technical OT insights with non-technical reporting to deliver actionable intelligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized all-source intelligence analysis focused on SCADA/OT systems and critical infrastructure.
• Fuse traditional intelligence reporting with technical cyber data and OT insights to assess threats.
• Evaluate adversary capabilities, identify vulnerabilities, and support indications and warning for SCADA/OT threats.
• Deliver actionable assessments to enhance situational awareness and operational readiness.
