Job summary

SodexoMagic is seeking a SCA Truckdriver, Light to safely transport staff, supplies and equipment. You will use people skills and a commitment to quality assurance while maintaining trucks and timeliness.

Open shifts and full-time status with benefits, training, and advancement opportunities are provided. A valid driver’s license is required; CDL may be needed depending on vehicle type and state law.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of transportation related work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license required. (May require CDL depending on vehicle type and/state law.)

Responsibilities

• Transport materials, merchandise, equipment, or workers between various establishments.
• May load/unload truck, perform minor repairs, and keep truck in good working order.
• Attend and be on time for scheduled shifts with regularity.
• Other duties may vary by account and client requirements.

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00

What You’ll Do:

As a SCA Truckdriver, Light at SodexoMagic, you are a deliverer and community supporter. You will use people skills and a commitment to quality assurance and safety to successfully transport staff, supplies, and equipment.

Responsibilities include:

• Transport materials, merchandise, equipment, or workers between various types of establishments such as: manufacturing plants, freight depots, warehouses, wholesale and retail establishments, or between retail establishments and customers' houses or places of business
• May also load or unload truck with or without helpers, make minor mechanical repairs, and keep truck in good working order
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

What You Bring:

• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
• 0–2 years of transportation related work experience
• Valid state driver’s license required. (May require commercial driver’s license, depending on vehicle type and/or state law.)
