Job summary

SodexoMagic is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef in the Atlanta area to lead kitchen operations, prepare nutritious dishes, and keep customer service at the heart of every plate. You will work as part of a team to ensure quality and efficiency on shift.

Qualifications

• Provide on-site oversight of routine food operation activities.

• Prepare menu items in large quantities using various cooking methods.

What You’ll Do:

As a Sous Chef at SodexoMagic, you are also a team player and food waste reducer. You’ll prepare and create nutritious dishes while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do. Your passion for food and warm smile will make a positive impact and brighten the day of those you serve.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide oversight at the direction of management on site to coordinate routine work activities of SCA Cook II and lower-level service employees engaged in food operations.
• Supports management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Prepares in menu items in large quantities, by various cooking methods
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
