Sodexo is seeking an SCA Cook II at USAF Ellsworth AFB. You will be a team player who prepares nutritious dishes with a focus on service and waste reduction, while keeping guest satisfaction at the forefront.

What You’ll Do:

As a SCA Cook II at Sodexo, you are a team player and food waste reducer. You’ll prepare and create nutritious dishes while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare large quantities, by various methods of cooking, meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables, seasons and cooks all cuts of various meats, fish, and poultry, boils, steams, or fries vegetables, makes gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
