Sodexo is hiring a SCA Cook II at USAF FTI - NELLIS AFB, full-time with open availability. You’ll prepare nutritious dishes, manage large quantities, and keep customer service at the heart of the role.

• 3+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare large quantities by various cooking methods (meat, poultry, fish, vegetables).
• Season and cook different cuts, boil/steam/fry vegetables, make gravies, soups, sauces.
• Roast, pie, fricassee, casserole, and stew preparations.
• Attend shifts on time with regularity; support client requirements as needed.
