You will prepare, review, and certify plats and legal descriptions, interpret plans, and coordinate with engineering and permitting teams while ensuring compliance with state regulations and ARCXIS standards.

• Perform and oversee boundary, topographic, and construction surveys in SC.

• Sign and seal survey documents as required by state regulations.
• Coordinate with engineering, permitting, and inspection teams.
• Ensure compliance with laws, codes, and company standards.
• Support timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
