Job summary

Fluor Constructors is seeking labor-focused personnel to assist in design-build projects. The role emphasizes safety, equipment handling, and adherence to environmental requirements while performing material handling, cleanup, and rigging tasks.

Candidates should be capable of reading instructions, working at heights, and using common hand and power tools. The position involves operating telehandlers, forklifts, and other small machinery, with opportunities for practical welding basics.

Qualifications

  • Identify, use, and care of common hand and power tools.
  • Knowledge and application of craft related mathematics.
  • Knowledge and use of safety standards and best safety practices relevant to rigging, Inspection of rigging equipment and hardware.
  • Knowledge and application of common hitches, Emergency stop signal, Basic crane hand signals, Knot tying (bowline & clove hitch), and use of rigging equipment relevant to craft specific tasks.
  • General Labor.
  • Basic Welding Fabrication.
