Efird Appraisals in South Carolina is hiring a Certified Residential Appraiser to join our growing team. You will work independently with the support of our technology and admin staff.

We offer work-from-home flexibility or office locations, reliable workflow, ongoing training, and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, plus company-paid E&O and license dues.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser License.
• Licensed in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
