Efird Appraisals is seeking a Certified Residential Appraiser to join our team. You can work remotely from home or from one of our offices, with the freedom to operate independently while receiving technology, support, and a consistent workflow.

We value accuracy, reliability, and timely, well-supported appraisal reports for diverse clients. If you are licensed in NC or SC, this could be a great fit for your expertise and career growth.

Competenze

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser License is required.
• Licensed in NC and/or SC.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
