Qualifications

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser License is required.
• Licensed in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare credible, well-supported residential appraisal reports.
• Manage deadlines and work independently.
