Madison-Davis, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Development Officer specializing in SBA 7(a) lending. This remote role focuses on originating SBA loans, building referral networks, and driving production for a nationwide lender.

The candidate should have 5+ years of SBA 7(a) loan experience, a proven $15MM–$25MM+ annual production record, and an established SBA/lending network, with strong communication and travel willingness to meet clients and partners.

Senior Business Development Officer SBA 7(a) Location: Remote Compensation: ~$120K-140K base (flexible) + Uncapped Monthly Commissions Client: Nationwide SBA Preferred Lender

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are partnering with a nationwide SBA Preferred Lender to identify an experienced Senior Business Development Officer specializing in SBA 7(a) lending. This individual will be responsible for originating new SBA loan opportunities, developing strong referral networks, and driving production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Originate SBA 7(a) loans as a generalist across diverse industries
• Develop, maintain, and expand a strong network of referral sources
• Actively prospect, meet with clients, and build long-term business relationships
• Travel regularly to engage prospects and partners
