This role involves preparing monthly 1502 reports, overseeing E‑Tran updates, and ensuring compliance with SBA SOPs. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in SBA 7(a) servicing and strong knowledge of SBA operations. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential for managing servicing activities and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SBA 7(a) servicing/operations.
• Strong knowledge of SBA 1502 reporting, E‑Tran, and servicing SOPs.
• Experience with secondary market sales.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly 1502 reports and manage remittances.
• Oversee E‑Tran updates and SBA loan number confirmation.
• Ensure accurate core system loan boarding and data integrity.
• Manage servicing activities including payment processing, deferments, modifications, and escrow monitoring.
• Maintain servicing documentation, ticklers, and borrower insurance/tax compliance.
• Support delinquency management, workouts, and guaranty purchase preparation.
• Manage secondary market sales and investor reporting.
• Ensure full SBA SOP and policy compliance and support audits/exams.
