You will collaborate with borrowers, brokers, and internal teams, verify documents against SBA SOP 50 10, and maintain records while guiding customers through requirements.

This is a full-time, hourly position offering growth opportunities within a supportive team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years in SBA 7(a) lending.
• Strong attention to detail and organization, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for loan documentation.
• Proficiency with loan origination systems and standard office software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Borrowers and Stakeholders to obtain documents and provide clear instructions.
• Review and verify loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with SBA SOP 50 10 and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare complete loan files ready for closing.
• Maintain accurate loan records and generate progress reports.
• Identify and resolve issues to prevent delays in approval or closing.
• Support process improvements and standardized practices.
