GBank is seeking an SBA Loan Closer to process and close SBA loans in compliance with SBA SOP and banking policies. The role involves reviewing entity docs, title commitments, and prelims, and coordinating with underwriters, brokers, and customers.

Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. The position requires a BA/BS or equivalent banking experience, familiarity with SBA regulations, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with banking/financial training.
• Fundamental knowledge of title policies and SBA regulations.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business documents and loan policies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare SBA loan files for closing and funding.
• Review and understand entity documentation, purchase agreements, and title commitments.
• Assist loan officers and staff; resolve inquiries related to loan servicing.
• Provide superior customer service and refer customers for new services when appropriate.
• Prepare reports for senior management and audits; handle special projects.
