Job summary

Carter Bank is seeking an SBA Loan Closer in Greensboro, NC to manage the closing process for SBA 7(a) loans. You will coordinate with borrowers, attorneys, title companies, and relationship managers to ensure all closing conditions are met and funds disburse on schedule.

The role requires experience with SBA closing procedures, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in loan origination systems and MS Office. Travel is occasional.

• Intermediate knowledge of SBA SOP closing requirements and funding procedures.
• Good collaboration and communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with loan origination systems and MS Office is expected.
